This Savanna apartment is walking distance to stores, Mississippi River, restaurants, and town night life. Enjoy boating, fishing, good restaurants, local bands on Main Street, Palisades Park, and much more as a weekend gateway or longer. Apartment is secluded, has access to large backyard, and has parking on the street. It’s about 10 minutes drive to PalisadesPark, and 5 minutes drive to famous Poopy’s restaurant. 30 minutes to Galena.5-10 min walk to MississippiRiver, 1-2 min walk to stores. The space The whole apartment unit, front porch, back porch, and backyard. Guest access Everything Other things to note Unit has entrances from kitchen and living room area. Place has 1 double size futon and queen size bed. Additional Blankets and pillows are in the closet and/or under beds. If need more, please let me know. Need an air mattress, please let me know. Outdoor grill is a small portable charcoal. Charcoals are on the back porch. If need more please let me know. Also has camping gas grill. Back porch has small portable washer/dryer combo. It’s good for small loads, and could be taken in the unit for use. Everything is either walking or short drive distance away: stores, bars, restaurant, parks, small beach area.
