Our unusually spacious, terraced house is all yours for seeing the sights of our medieval city. It's only five minutes walk from the iconic York Minster (medieval cathedral) and fifteen minutes walk from the train station. Monk Bar car park is 3 mins walk away, and costs about £20 for a weekend. It has a big TV, Sonos sound bar, Eve mattress, Dolce Gusto coffee machine & kitchen ready to cook a roast dinner. New for 2019 it has a brand new bathroom and outdoor space. The space The house has a single large kitchen / diner downstairs. The living space has a 50" TV, Sonos sound system, 200Mb broadband, foldaway dining table and chairs. In the kitchen there's a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hobs & more than enough equipment to make a nice dinner if you like to eat in. The double bedroom has a beautiful bed frame, Eve mattress, thick cotton sheets and a duvet. There is an small bedroom with a single bed & "trundle" pull-out. There is a small private yard at the back for sitting out with a glass of wine. Other things to note This is a terraced house at fairly close quarters with its neighbours - so please be considerate of any noise you make.
