Fantastic duplex apartment with views over the Harz Mountains

Our apartment, which is primarily geared towards families, is located right in the center of the health resort of Braunlage, and is only 5 minutes by car from the Wurmberg cable car. The apartment has one bedroom, a children's room and a converted attic with a play corner for children. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine. Spa cards (max. €3 per adult & day) must be paid for on site. The space We had the apartment completely renovated and modernized in February-April 2019. With the exception of the great attic, everything has been exchanged and renewed: the kitchen and bathroom are completely new, a new vinyl floor has been laid and wallpapered in all rooms. The interior design has also been completely renovated. An absolute highlight is the attic in wood look - in addition to a cozy French bed, there is also a play corner for children. The light-flooded living room offers a cozy couch corner and a large dining table for up to 6 people. The smart TV with satellite connection also has active Netflix access that can be used free of charge by our guests. Via the Bluetooth player, you can easily listen to music via cell phone connection or simply use the radio. The Wi-Fi router offers very fast and unrestricted Internet access throughout the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in stove (Ceran stovetop + oven), dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and Nespresso capsule machine (We will put a few coffee capsules next to the machine when you arrive so that you can drink a coffee first). A milk frother is available. For all filter coffee drinkers, there is a porcelain coffee filter. The bathroom is equipped with a large sink and a large shower. The washing machine can be used. The towels are included in the price and can dry perfectly on the towel rack. We have sleeping accommodations for up to 4 adults and 2 children. In the bedroom there is a large double bed. Bedding is included in the price. In addition, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers with many drawers provide space for your belongings. The children's room has a stable bunk bed with a wireless reading lamp at the head end. In the dresser there are various games for nice evenings together. On the attic floor we have set up a cozy play corner with some toys. In addition, on the opposite side is a cozy bed on Euro pallets, which has a size of 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. There is a common house entrance. Other things to note The cost of the visitor's cards (max. €3 per adult & day) must be deposited in cash in the apartment. We will get these for you and determine the exact amount (you will receive this before arrival). So you have no effort and the visitor cards are already on the table for you. Towels are included in the price of the bed linen. In addition, the apartment has free (and fast) Internet, as well as a usable Netflix account via the flat-screen TV in the living room. For the little ones, we have a free highchair, a baby travel crib (without sheets), a night light, games and children's toys on site. In addition, all unoccupied sockets are equipped with child protection.
