Located in the quiet street Brunnenstraße close to the Heringsdorf city centre, the beautiful Villa Sanssouci welcomes you. The apartment is located in the garden shed, in the quiet courtyard of the villa. The Villa Sanssouci is just a few minutes walk from the charming promenade and the sandy beach (400m). The space The Garden House "Heringsdorf" of Villa Sanssouci is a cozy townhouse that spans over two floors. It can accommodate up to 4 people and a toddler. The lower living area consists of a living room with an integrated kitchen and one of the two bathrooms with a shower. From the living room, you can access the beautiful terrace and garden, which invite you to relax and unwind. There is another bathroom with a shower on the same floor. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house and are easily accessible by stairs. The large bedroom has a comfortable double bed (width: 180cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a dresser. In the smaller bedroom, you will find a smaller double bed (width: 140cm) and a wardrobe. The room has direct access to the south-facing balcony, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view. Upon request, up to two baby cots and a high chair for a toddler up to 3 years old can be provided free of charge (please indicate in the comment section when booking). There is another bathroom with a bathtub and a window on the same floor, where you can relax after a long day at the beach. A hairdryer can be found on each floor of the house. Overall, Garden House No. 1 of Villa Sanssouci offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Guest access The entire apartment including garden and terrace is available to our guests only. Other things to note NOTE: Please note that the tourist tax is due separately. The 3 imperial and sea spas Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck charge a spa tax on holidaymakers' daily stay: - Children under 6 years are exempt and receive a free spa/guest card. - In the high season (01.04. - 31.10.) the spa tax is 3.30 EUR* per night/stay. - In the low season (November 1st – March 31st) the spa tax is 2.70 EUR per night/stay. This fee must be paid by the landlord after receiving the booking confirmation and sending the sum with account details. The spa cards as well as all relevant information about the house and apartment are then sent by email directly to the guest by the landlord, who has previously paid the island administration in advance. Cleaning as well as bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee (from May 15, 2024). Please note that bed linen is not provided for the travel cot. When booking you can optionally specify a free baby travel cot and a high chair. The small child is not counted towards the maximum number of 4 people. We would ask you to bring your own bed linen, blanket and pillow for the baby travel cot.
