The space This is a vacation home, located on 8 hectares of maquis, offering a rare tranquility, isolated and without a neighborhood and only 20 minutes from Porto Vecchio and 5 minutes from the splendid bay of Pinarello. The house, located high up in the middle of the maquis, enjoys an EXTRAORDINARY view of the bay of Pinarello, the charm of its Genoese Tower and the hills that surround it. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms including 2 double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom. In the second part of the house you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will also find shops (bakeries, butcher shop, tobacco/press...) and a supermarket 5 minutes by car from the house in Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio. In Pinarello, you will find many beachfront restaurants and boat rental services, jet ski, and sailing schools for adults and children; as well as a scuba diving center. A large covered terrace allows meals with family or friends. Outdoor showers increase the comfort of the bathroom. Open garden overlooking the hill and bay of Pinarello and a rectangular private pool of 3.5 x 7 m (security system with alarm for children).
