Hi, we have a fully self contained 1 bedroom guest suite which is attached to our house, 19 km drive northwest of Brisbane CBD, on 1-1/2 acres, with a separate entrance. You will enjoy peace and quiet, the sounds of nature and the use of our pool & tennis court at your leisure. (Please note there is no air con) The space Relax in comfort in a rural setting whilst having privacy. Your own kitchen, dining and lounge room, bathroom and separate bedroom. Some private outdoor space with table looking out to the large resort style pool. Full sized tennis court for use. Shared use of family laundry. Office desk for work use. Shared BBQ can be made available if required. Guest access You have your own entrance via the pool enclosure. Other things to note We are 15 minutes by car to Prince Charles Hospital and St Vincent’s Private Hospital. The beautiful country village of Samford is a 12 minute drive.
