Modern and clean 2 bedroom in the Junction The space We have a large duplex and it has 2 apartments. I live in one, and the other is the unit you will be staying in! This clean and cozy 2 bedroom apartment is fully furnished. It has a comfy double-size bed, down duvet, soft linens, clean pillows + a single comfy bed in a separate (URL HIDDEN) own 3 pieces private washroom and a lovely kitchen, fully equipped with stove top, refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, TV, WiFi, ceiling Fan, AC, iron and fresh towels and linens. Located in the Junction a very safe community, within close proximity to High Park and High Park subway with a bus stop right in front of our house. The Junction is an awesome community full of restaurants, shops and cafes. Our location scores an impressive 93 out of 100 on the walkability score. - 3 large supermarket 5 minutes way - 2 buses right in front of house, taking you to High Park Station or Dundas West Station - High Park in walking distance - Downtown Toronto is about 20 minutes away - The Airport can be reached by public transport via the Junction #40 Bus then transferring to the Union-Pearson Express (UPS) at Dundas West Sta. - A car is not necessary for this location, but if you need a car, AVIS rent-a car is 1/2 block away, and you can park on their lot overnight, so no need for a parking permit! - If you need parking, a temporary parking permit can be purchased online, from the City of Toronto at a cost of $18.74 per week, $8.00 per 24 hours or $12.00 per 48 hours, plus H.S.T.A.* (*tax) - We accept a maximum of 3 guests (URL HIDDEN) - For stays lasting over a week; please feel free to request a linen change Notes: - Check in is 3:00 pm - Check out is 11:00 am - No smoking indoors. - No outside visitors after 11pm - Quiet guests only please - This apartment is not suitable for parties or any type of gathering We honor your privacy, but we are always happy to assist you in making sure that your stay is enjoyable.
