Each room has a bathroom, TV, air conditioning and refrigerator. Rooms on the 3rd floor with balconies. Guest house has everything you need: iron, ironing board, washing machine, summer kitchen in the yard, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi Internet. Free transfer from Sochi airport and Adler railway station. The house is located in 2 min. walk to the sea. Located in a convenient area close to all shops, restaurants and bars, a Water park, the Dolphinarium, Sochi Discovery World Aquarium, everything in walking distance (about 10-15 min.)! Adler-Sochi International Airport is 5 km away. Adler Train Station is a 15-min. drive from the house, and Olympic Park is a 30-min. drive. Public transport stop "Znanie Resort" is in 2 min. walk. You can visit many interesting places which are located nearby: famous Sochi Arboretum with huge number of plants from all over the world, Krasnaya Polyana. In the house you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: iron, washing machine, shared kitchen located in the courtyard. Toilet and bathroom, TV and fridge in each room its own.
