Indoor parking The space We rent the ground floor of our villa. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.2 toilets and a private pool, garden just for you. Shared kitchen for preparing meals but several spaces for lunch and dinner for guests. Rental for 7 nights minimum. Air-conditioned bedrooms. Very close to Liddle and Aldi, McDonald's, bakery. Large supermarkets: Casino, Carrefour, Auchan, Grand Frais and the gourmet restaurants of the old village of Mougins. You are 15 minutes (normally) from the beaches of La Croisette. See you soon for a delicious holiday. Guest access When you are in the villa, you can leave the room to go to the pool or the fully equipped kitchen. Oven, microwave, stove (4 burners), dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator for your use only. Possibility to cook and eat your meals. Your car will be inside the property. During your stay It is understood that I remain available to guests. Other things to note Please do not use bleach in the sinks and washbasin. Provide shoes for the garden and others for the house. Do not smoke or eat in the bedrooms or on the deckchairs at the pool. You can smoke in the garden. Possibility to eat on a 6-seater table, facing the pool. Otherwise we have a large Pizzeria nearby, Liddle, Aldi and Auchan stores. A McDonald's, a large shopping mall with pharmacy, hairdressers, bookstore and many shops.
