My Resort ,cozy style with fully furnished ,85 sqm, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1 living room with a dining ,with kitchen area and balcony with pool view. 9 swimming pools,beachfront club house,fitness room, kids room ,not far from restaurant & minimart. Guest access D406 chilled out balcony with pool view , a little far sea view, not too closed to waterplayground so these's a little more quiet. In the room, we provide -Bedroom/mattress King size and Queen size -Sofabed -2 spare mattresses -TV 40" with cable tv -hair dryer -towels -soap , shampoo -Refrigerator -Microwave -Electric stoves -Cooker hood -Cookware -Kettle -Toaster -Water filter -Washing machine Other things to note Please note : 1. All renters shall be responsible for any loss or damage/s to the room or the facility. 2. All illegal activities are prohibited. 3. No animals allowed. 4. Do not dispose sanitary pad, or left -over food in the toilet bowl. 5. Dispose of any and all trash properly (trash bins are available in the basement). 6.For check in ,all renter make a deposit on key card of 2,000 Baht , which can be refunded at the time of returning key card when check-out. 7.For long term rental, cleaning room wiill service 1 time/week,if renters'd like to clean more,this will be charged 650 Baht/time. 8.Check in time is 2.00 PM. Check out time is 11.30 AM. Please do not late check out , required time to cleaning the room for next renter. If you have any question ,please feel free to contact us.
