The studio, facing south, has a private access that is at the edge of the towpath, a path that forms part of the very long European cycle path "Transibérique". The Loire River runs along the canal: located between the two, the dike leads you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Combleux, a popular site for walks, has retained the charm of the old village of sailors. Charm, calm and change of scenery characterize this place. The space The functionality, the light, the calm barely disturbed by the flow of the water of the lock are all traits of character that our first "occupants" told us. The studio of 27 m2 is new and we equipped it always wondering what we would like to find in such a rental. Our two bicycles are at your disposal to enjoy this environment. Guest access The studio is independent and has all the necessary facilities for a quality stay. If necessary, access to a washing machine is possible.
