Located in the heart of Munich, this modern and newly renovated apartment will be your perfect cozy home in our wonderfull city. The U3/U6 line (Poccistraße) is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment and it's 3 only stops to Marienplatz. The apartment is preferably rented to students, e.g. university students, language school students, participant at Studienkolleg, trainees etc. If you are not sure, contact me in advance. The space Pictures are worth a 1000 words. The apartment is not very big but spacy enough for two People. It's cozy and crispy clean! If you have any futher questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor. There are two elevators in the building. You will have a whole apartment for your own during your stay and as much privacy as you wish. Other things to note If you need to check in earlier than 3 PM or check out later then 10 AM please contact me in advance. I'll provide you with fresh bed linen and towels for kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing room in the basement of the building with washing machines and clothes dryers for which you need coined money. Laundary horse, iron and ironing board you will find in the apartment. The coffee machine needs Nespresso capsules. The kitchen is very well equiped!
