It is a private inn is reserved for 1 group(2~4).This house is very conveniently located for sightseeing-Gojo subway stop is practically next door,and Kyoto station an easily 10- 15 minutes by walk (other good longer touristy walks doable from the location:nishiki market,nijo castle,the riverfront area).Also there are convenience store,24hs supermarket near house. Recommend stay with couple,friends & family! Hope good stay at Kyoto! The space The house is located in a residential area, so you can enjoy a quiet stay. Guest access A house that is rented out and a smoking area outside. Other things to note No smoking inside the house. Please smoke in designated areas. Toilets are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. The bath is a shower only. There is a public bath nearby, so if you want to soak in the bath slowly, please use it. Due to the convenience of using an old building, soundproofing facilities are not sufficient. Especially at night, please do not make loud noises so as not to disturb the neighbors. Banquets and parties at night are prohibited. Steep stairs are used to reach the 2nd floor. Please be careful if you have large luggage. There were many cases where the tatami mats were damaged by suitcases. Do not drag your suitcase on the tatami mats. You will be charged for any damage to equipment, etc. Also, if the sheets are very dirty, we will charge the cleaning fee separately. Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner when you are away. Towels and toothpaste yukata are not provided. Please prepare by yourself. Bath towels can be rented (100 yen after the second one) There is no washing machine installed. For guests staying for several days, we will explain how to sort and dispose of garbage at check-in. Please be sure to let us know your check-in time the day before, as we operate by ourselves.
