The house faces the sea and is south-facing. Gourmet breakfast is served in the living room on the ground floor or on the terrace depending on the weather. One bedroom (160 cm bed) that can be converted into a family bedroom with a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a third bedroom with a 90 cm bed, bathroom, separate toilet, and a small sitting area with a TV.
