In the heart of the city, an 18th century heritage house awaits you for tourism or quiet work. Bright, perfectly equipped, tastefully renovated in 2017, this 40 m2 studio is a real cocoon ideally located (5 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes from the train stations) in the historic district of the Capital of Flanders. Its immediate environment (a charming square and the oldest church in the city, restaurants and shops of choice) guarantees you a real change of scenery! The space The location: a unique place in Old Lille for its charm and calm. The house renovated in its original style is south-facing, extremely bright and high ceiling. Guest access The fully private apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. The staircase to access it is common.
