All cleaning supplies included: Guests clean kitchen, bathroom, glass shower doors, etc. after use. THE HOUSE • Twice monthly maid service included. • You have full access to the kitchen (Guests keep this area clean & sanitized daily for the health & enjoyment of all), the cooktop is gas, the oven is electric. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. •After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. •No refund after that. During your stay •I live downstairs & personally care for this house.
