This place was designed to be all about relaxing and enjoying the peace and tranquility within our private area. There is a expansive balcony upstairs to easily accommodate 20 people. Whilst downstairs you can lounge around or just go for a swim. After that why not enjoy yourself with a cool drink or even a snack at out bar/kubo area. We can even find your favourite sport programme if you wish whist having a beer or two When people come and join us here they are very comfortable and happy. The space We are lucky here as we picked this block of land for the reasons of being reasonably close to the city and as well as having a very private place to live and also enjoy the lovely surroundings. It is a deseptive home site. The advantage of living here are you think that you are far away from the shopping areas, restaurants and bars. But that fact is your not. We are a 5 minute ride to eateries and 10 minutes to the malls. We are tucked away in our own little special place. Not like the other side of the city where you have to contend with the traffic every time. Guest access All spaces. Except carport area and detached rooms away from the house... Other things to note The place is yours to enjoy. Please feel free to be relaxed.. We are.. ..you should be too. We are very easy going and love people enjoying our home and having a good time.
