Lovely flat in awesome Montmartre !

Charming 2 room apartment of 35 m2 (375 ft2) located at the foot of Montmartre. Located on the 6th floor with no elevator, the apartment is quiet and very bright. Equipped with two beds, it can accommodate two people. (Read the full description please 😊 !) The space Our apartment is of the old-school Airbnb style, meaning it's our primary residence. We live there year-round (except, of course, when we're hosting guests there ! ), and we love it ! Our building is a 19th-century Parisian building, and typically these buildings don't have elevators or air conditioning (we do, of course, have heating for the winter and fans for the summer !) So it's not a hotel: Upon your arrival, our apartment will of course be tidy and clean, and we'll welcome you into our home as we would welcome friends or family. In return, we ask that you behave accordingly: take care of our apartment, respect our belongings and privacy, and do a basic cleaning before your departure—nothing complicated: wash your dishes and wipe down or broom any crumbs (just like you would at a friend's or family's house !), and then, of course, we'll take care of the rest ! We now have over 10 years (!) of experience as hosts—we make the same effort for all our guests, and almost everyone who has stayed in our home has had great memories (see the reviews !). We are confident in the consistency and quality of what we have to offer, and we believe that if our apartment doesn't meet a guest's expectations, it's because they haven't chosen the best place for them. So, if you're looking for a hotel, a purely functional lockbox apartment designed for seasonal rentals, or a place disguised to look like a local's home, there are many listings on Airbnb today that will be much more suitable for you than ours. 
 However, if you're looking for an authentic experience, a taste of Parisian life in our neighborhood, and a warm welcome, don't hesitate to stay in our home; you'll be delighted ! It consists of : - a very bright living room with a sofa that can act as a real single bed (90 cm x 190 cm — 35" x 75"). - a bedroom with a queen size bed (150 cm x 190 cm — 59" x 75"). - an equipped kitchen with stove and micro-wave oven. - a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment can acommodate 2 persons Guest access I will welcome you personally in the apartment and will be available by phone during your stay if you have any questions. You'll have access to our internet wi-fi connection Other things to note Our apartment is awesome and we love to live in it ! However, it could not fit some persons for the following reasons : - It is located at the top floor (6th in european notation, 7th in american notation) with no elevator. This is the reason why it gets so much light and has virtually no vis-à-vis. Nothing too bad but you'll have to use your legs ! - We put some blackout curtains in the living room and the bedroom (not depicted on the photographs), but there are no blinds. The curtains shut the light pretty efficiently, but if you are extra sensitive to light and really need pitch black darkness to sleep good, they may not be enough. As we said : this is a very bright apartment ! - There is no door at the bedroom, just a curtain, so the flat feels bigger. It is no problem at all if one or two people sleep in the bedroom but if a second person sleeps in the living room you won't be able to have total privacy from each other.
