The space The structure, recently built, is on two levels and offers different accommodation solutions: suites and rooms with private bathroom in B&B treatment (bed and breakfast) and an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. All the properties have a furnished balcony, some with a sea view ..! Located on the ground floor, Aspro is an apartment for 4 people (ideal for families with 2 children). The accommodation consists of a single space equipped with: fully equipped kitchen (4-plate electric hob, electric oven and fridge with freezer compartment), dining area (table with chairs) and relaxation area with sofa (convertible into a 120 bed cm ... as needed), 32-inch TV. Like the other resources "Aspro" has a private bathroom with shower and an organized room with a double bed and a wooden bunk bed very comfortable for adults as well as being ideal for children ..... finally, if so you can say, the kitchen leads to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, furnished to enjoy moments of relaxation at any time of the day, and to admire the first dawn of Italy in the morning ..! The "Aspro" apartment can be combined with other 1/2 rooms with bathroom, thus hosting a maximum number of 8 guests. Guest access All guests will have access to the Solarium terrace, equipped with deck chairs and furniture to enjoy the air, the panorama and the sun of Salento, to be experienced at any time of the day, from the exciting and "fresh" dawn in the morning, to the burning sun of the day, enjoying a sparkling "happy hour" when returning from the sea, up to a glass of wine under the starry night sky.
