This private, self -contained, peaceful, spacious studio is located on the outskirts of Hamilton, South West Victoria and is only 5 km from the town centre . On your drive to town you pass beautiful lake Hamilton which offers: 4.2 km walking track* and much more. The space Spacious for a studio. We make an effort to sanitise the " touch "areas like light switches, doorknobs, remote control, keys and faucet handles. We are happy to assist with trips around Hamilton. We live in a beautiful area of South West Victoria, with the ocean close by at : 1.Port Fairy, 2.Warrnambool, 3.Yambuck, 60 -80 minutes drive away and the Southern Grampians which start at the picturesque town of Dunkeld, a 20 minutes drive away. 3 km away is lake Hamilton which offers: 4.2 km walking track, Picnic areas ,BBQ facilities, Public Toilets and showers ,Boat Ramp,Playgrounds and Fishing and Water sports. We offer a big parking space , even for caravaners, who would like to sleep in a room/studio for a night or two. Guest access The Studio has a private entrance. Guests are welcome to sit in the park like garden . Other things to note Studio is self- contained .
