Close to Byblos, Jbeil, Jounieh, Casino Du Liban and plenty of beach resorts and excellent seaside restaurants (Electricity is available 24/7). The space The house has a private direct access to the beach and a breathtaking sea view, use the elevator, go to -1 level to get to the beach access. Electricity is available 24/7. Drinking water is available from the tap next to the kitchen sink. Guest access The whole house and the beachfront. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. All communication must be through the chat feature of the booking platform, for special cases you may reach out to the host on the number listed on his profile. 2. No parties please – this is a property for those who want to relax - not for wild parties - We are set in a quiet location. 3. No events may be held on the property, without preliminary approval from the host! 4. NO smoking or vaping on property, please use the terraces if you really need to smoke. 5. This is a quiet family neighborhood and we have quiet time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am nightly. 6. Only 1 car parking, please use parking P2, for any additional car please park on the street and do not use other parking spots. 7. Checkout is at 11:00am. 8. The number of guests permitted in/on the property are limited to the number disclosed in the reservation at all times. The limit includes adults, children, and infants. 9. No refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our house rules.
