Immersed in a nice non-tourist residential area Sports facilities such as scuba diving, freediving, sailing, padel surfing, jet skies. Two beaches a few meters away and an excellent climate. Close to the two airports and a good starting point to tour the island. Own energy 100% solar - The views of the sea and the slopes of Güimar are fabulous. Beautiful sunsets, sunrises, and moonlit nights. - Under the apartment you have the only six restaurants in the area and a five minute walk, the two beaches with their beach bars. - We have a photovoltaic solar installation shared with another neighbor and another solar thermal for the hot water. We try to avoid CO2 emissions for a better world. If consumption is normal, very rarely we have to use grid light. - Please note that between first and second line in Radazul, there is a cliff that takes 20 minutes uphill walk. We are on the front of the total line. I have been coming to Tenerife every month for 4 years, and after knowing all the islands, I chose this place to live because it fascinates me. It is impossible to describe in a few words the charms of this place but here are some valuable facts: 1. Living in a small building and not in a large block and inside the marina. 2. Under house, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy. They make you feel comfortable and you see the daily life of the port instead of that of a more artificial tourist area. 3.- I am a scuba diver and here there are three diving clubs, freediving, a water sports center, sailing. 4. Two beaches next to the marina and what I like the most is to bathe in the rocky area with access. Now I like it better than sand. 5. Never get bored of the view of the sea and mountains of the island from here. Every day they keep a surprise for you. 6. Near the area of several guachinches: typical restaurants in Tenerife where you can eat delicious local food at a very good price 7. You are close to everything but away from the noise of the city and tourist areas. Although on weekends in summer, the beach is crowded and there is a very good local atmosphere. 8. One of my greatest satisfactions is being able to say that the energy of the apartment is 100% solar photovoltaic and thermal with 10 kw of accumulation in Lithium batteries. Only when there is more than two or three cloudy days, we may have to use grid power. 9.- Please be aware that Radazul is a cliff. Being on the second line means that you will have to walk very uphill 20 minutes. If you go down and go up by car, parking is not easy to find and parking costs €15 per day. Our apartment is inside the harbor on the front line. - In the summer and on the weekends it is difficult to park in the morning. We can book you parking. - If you need a taxi, it is better to call the taxi driver in time because there is no stop. We have their phones. - The bus goes to the bus station of Santa Cruz, the capital.
