The rural accommodation is located in a part of the manor house and occupies an area of 450m2. Specifically, the ground floor and second floor are enabled, both with very spacious rooms. The house has a capacity of 16 people. The farmhouse is fully equipped and surrounded by a romantic 19th-century garden with a special charm. The space 5 minutes from downtown Vic. It has a garden, a forest, a large grass field, a pond with fish and also horses that graze in the field. Pool, ping-pong area, porch and barbecue area. Guest access Front garden: barbecue with firewood, ping-pong, mini-goal and soccer ball, bicycles (at no additional cost) and coil to make paellas. On the ground floor: A large hall, kitchen*, dining room/large living room with TV, 1 bathroom with shower. Apart from that there is a room with a fireplace, a large cellar and a party room with 2 toilets. IMPORTANT: In autumn-winter, there may be a heating supplement to use the party room. *The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils, as well as a toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. On the second floor: 7 bedrooms (6 double and 1 quadruple), a large living room with TV, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower). Other things to note 1) Upon arrival, a minimum DEPOSIT of €350 will be requested, which will be returned the day after check-out. 2) At the time of arrival, the tourist tax established by the official bodies will be paid.
