Farmhouse near Vic

The farmhouse is located in a part of the peer house and occupies an area of 450m2. Specifically, the ground floor and second floor are enabled, both with very spacious rooms. The house has a capacity of 16 people. The farmhouse is fully equipped and surrounded by a romantic garden of the nineteenth century with a special charm. The space 5 minutes from downtown Vic. It has a garden, a forest, a large field of grass, a shallow with fish and also horses grazing in the countryside. Pool, ping-pong area, porch and bbq area. Guest access Front garden: BBQ with linen, table tennis, mini-door and football, bicycles (at no additional cost) and streamer for making straws. On the ground floor: A large hallway, the kitchen*, large dining/ living room with TV, 1 sink with shower. Apart there is a room with a fireplace, a large cellar and a party room with 2 toilets. IMPORTANT: In the autumn-winter season, there may be a heating surcharge to use the party room. *The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, dripware, silverware, pots and pans and all kitchen utensils, as well as a Dolce Gusto toaster and coffee maker. On the second floor: 7 rooms (6 double and 1 quadruple), a large living room with TV, 3 toilets (2 with shower). Other things to note 1) At the time of check in, a BOND of minimum 350€ will be requested, which will be returned the day after check-out. 2) Upon arrival, the tourist tax established by the official agencies will be paid. The current cost is 0.66€/person/night. ------------------------------------------------ Very close there is a hipica , we have bikes and we offer walks around Vic to learn about other interesting places in our region.
