The space The apartment is located in a comfort-class building (Maestro residential complex). Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the city. There are Pyaterochka and K&B stores in the building, a public transport stop is within a walking distance, bus No.92 will take you to the center and Mamaika microdistrict. Kurortny Avenue is within a walking distance (about 10 minutes). It will take at least 16 minutes to get to the embankment. Guest access Guests have a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a desk, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a bathroom with a shower. Other things to note The apartment has tiled floors. In winter, the floor heating is on. In summer, late spring and early autumn, the floors are not heated. You may need to bring slippers with you. There is also a water heating boiler with a capacity of 80 liters in the apartment. If you need separate beds or blankets, please let us know in advance.
