The space The house has everything you need to take advantage of all its possibilities from the first moment. Its decoration is mainly rustic, prioritizing that the different spaces are practical as well as cozy. Designed to encourage activities and create moments of fun, whether as a family or in groups. Thus, they favor moments of celebration or meeting and also of tranquility or rest without leaving home. Basketball fans can take advantage of the court with its two baskets, which allows for intense 3x3 games that end with a well-deserved swim in the pool or relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi (not heated) and recovering energy with a good barbecue, paella, calçotada... at Manyolino's Bar. If you are a beer lover, Manyolino's has a pressurized beer dispenser, which can be activated by prior agreement. As for events, there are many possibilities. We've already hosted many different events with great success and we're open to your proposals. As long as they are not night events or that may disturb the neighbors. Water: The area suffers from serious problems in the water supply and although guests do not have to restrict the normal use of water, we ask that they make responsible use of water. Especially in summer, preferably use the showers instead of the bathtub, fill the dishwasher and washing machine completely before starting..., and in general make moderate and responsible use. Unfortunately, climate change affects us and it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain gardens and pools in good condition without affecting guest habits. Thank you for your cooperation. Electricity: Due to the characteristics of the house, there are multiple devices, machinery, appliances, lighting... connected to the electrical network and with a high permanent consumption. It is therefore also important to use electricity responsibly to maintain reasonable and moderate consumption. Gas: The house has two gas systems, heating and hot water use natural gas and the kitchen stoves run on butane gas. Heating is controlled remotely, but to the guests' liking. While the heating is active, it is necessary to avoid heat loss through open windows or doors. As with the rest of the supplies, we ask that responsible and moderate consumption be made, but in this case it is a priority to take into account the necessary safety measures in the use of gas stoves.
