Beautiful villa in the countryside, with guaranteed privacy

Our two-story family villa from the 1960s has given so much joy to many generations, the 6,000 square meters of surrounding land will guarantee our guests the same peace and quiet. The large private garden is a fantastic experience in all seasons. It is possible to accommodate up to 8/10 people in the 4 rooms on two floors (a fifth room is available on request), the house is ideal for very large families, for two families or for groups of friends. The space On the first floor there are two large and bright bedrooms overlooking the garden, a bathroom with a bathtub (with two steps), a half bathroom, a fully equipped open kitchen with access to the balcony and the covered terrace. In the large living room there is a dining table for eight, a comfortable group of vintage armchairs, the large library and the reading corner. The wonderful view is priceless, in the distance you can admire Lake Maggiore and Monte Rosa. On the ground floor there are two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The grotto with the rustic wooden ceiling and fireplace awaits you to enjoy a cheese fondue or even just for a game of cards. On a terrace leading to the south-facing garden, you can enjoy the fresh air and the sun. The two granite stone tables under the pergolas (one in the upper part and another in the lower part of the garden) are the ideal place to spend hot summer afternoons in the shade of the vine. The large Argentine Parrilla-style grill corner completes everything. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the house and the 6,000 square meters of surrounding land Other things to note Each guest is subject to the payment of the accommodation tax of CHF 2.- per day. Guests under the age of 14 are exempt. Baby bed available upon request. It is possible that during the stay some small gardening maintenance work may be carried out by mutual agreement. Warning! During the day, the domestic water is heated exclusively by solar panels and is contained in a 300-liter boiler. If the boiler is completely emptied an electric heating system takes over, but only during the night hours starting from 11:00 p.m. This is a rule imposed by the service provider. During sunny days, even if only partially, there is plenty of hot water. On cloudy or rainy days, however, you are invited to pay particular attention and to keep hot water consumption within acceptable limits; normal use does not create any problems, but if each guest exaggerates by taking a shower there may not be enough for everyone and the last ones may have to wait for the electrical system to be switched on late in the evening.
