Beautiful villa in the countryside, with guaranteed privacy

Our two-story family villa from the 1960s has given so much joy to many generations, the 6,000 sqm of surrounding land will guarantee our guests the same peace and quiet. The large private garden is an fantastic experience for all seasons. You can accommodate up to 8/10 people in the 4 rooms on two floors ( a fifth room is available upon request), the house is ideal for very large families, for two families or for groups of friends. The space On the first floor there are two spacious and bright bedrooms overlooking the garden, a bathroom with bathtub (with two steps), bathroom, fully equipped open kitchen with balcony exit and covered terrace. In the large living room there is a dining table for eight, a comfortable group of vintage armchairs, the large library and the reading nook. The wonderful view is priceless, in the distance you can admire Lake Maggiore and Monte Rosa. On the ground floor there are two nice bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The cave with the rustic wooden ceiling and fireplace awaits you to enjoy a cheese fondue or even just for a card game. On a terrace leading to the south-facing garden, you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The two granite stone tables under the pergolas (one at the top and one in the lower part of the garden) are the ideal place to spend the hot summer afternoons in the shade of the vine. The large grill corner in Argentinian Parrilla style completed everything. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the house and 6,000 sqm of surrounding land Other things to note Each guest is subject to the payment of the tourist tax of CHF 2.- per day. Guests under the age of 14 are exempt. Baby bed available upon request. It is possible that during the stay they are to be carried out - by mutual agreement - some small gardening maintenance work. Heads up! During the day, the sanitary water is heated exclusively by solar panels and is contained in a 300-liter boiler. If the boiler is emptied completely there will be an electric heating system, but only during the night hours starting at 11 pm. This is a rule imposed by the service provider. On sunny days, there is plenty of hot water. During cloudy or rainy days, we encourage you to pay special attention and contain hot water consumption within acceptable limits; normal use does not create any problems, but if every guest exaggerates taking a shower it may not be enough for everyone and the latter may have to wait for the electrical system to turn on late at night.
