The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet family home directly on Klettenbergpark. There are always enough parking lots on front of the house. The tram stop "Klettenbergpark" (Line 18) is a 5 minute walk. From there to the University, it will only take you 4 stops, less than 10 minutes. By tram one can reach the downtown only in 15 minutes (Neumarkt, theaters, shopping streets). The cathedral, exhibition, Central Station, Philharmonic Hall, museums can be reached in 20 minutes.
