From the moment you arrive, you will be charmed by the central patio, the true heart of the house, as well as the heated pool and the wooden terrace, surrounded by greenery, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals, while the outdoor summer kitchen, including a professional beer tap, plancha and barbecue, invites you to enjoy alfresco dining in the garden. The four bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom, offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. Living spaces, such as the living room equipped with a TV and a PS5 console, guarantee moments of relaxation and entertainment for the whole family. In addition to the amenities of the house such as washing machine, dryer and various appliances, you can enjoy the garden with its swimming pool and covered outdoor summer kitchen. Sunbeds and parasols are also available for sunny days by the pool.
