Welcome to Modern São Bento! This luxurious two bedroom apartment is located in a prime neighborhood near Príncipe Real, surrounded by parks and local restaurants. Here you can easily live in a old Lisboeta( Lisboner) style, charming and calm, while you will also find yourself just 300 meters away from Largo de Rato, one of the most central plaza in the city center with all kinds of transportation. The space + Classic building with elevator, totally refurbished + Spacious living room with plenty of natural light + Comfortable work space at home + Lovely decorated for family guests + Nintendo Switch + Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom + Located in a residential neighbourhood (Príncipe Real), with everything you need within 5 minutes walking (metro, nice restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc Other things to note Please note that our normal check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. If you come slightly after that, we would be still glad to welcome you! However as we might need to have dinner in the area waiting for you and lose time in transportation in the late night, we would charge a small supplement of 10€ for check-ins after 20h, wish you could understand that. on the other hand, depending on availability a late check-out is also permitted by paying a 30€ extra fee.
