Fun Holiday Apartment Punta Prima

We invite you to spend lovely time at our modern Have Fun Apartment which is completly new - in 2016. It consists 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV salon with XBOX and kitchen, balcon and amazing roof terrace with BBQ and paella SET, swimming pool and underground parking. Have Fun Apartment is located about 40min from Alicante airport, 3km from Torrevieja. It is walking distance to shops , restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Punta Prima. The space OUR PLACE This beautiful apartment has 80 square meters and is located on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 8 people – it consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the living room with dining area and big balcony, and a spacious open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, oven, toaster, juice press, mixer, kettle and professinal coffee machine and most importantly, a dishwasher :) There are also in the apartment: washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Second floor it is private sun terrace (also 80 square meters) with a sitting and dining area, sunbeds, shower and kitchen with gas BBQ. Private space for sun tanning or a night dinner, furnished with a large sofa, sun chairs, pergola, calm lightning. Parties and events are not allowed after 22.00 One bedroom has double bed with bathroom. Two other bedrooms have two single beds that easily can be put together to form a double bed. An additional sleeping space is a sofa bed in the living room. A child's bed and high baby chair are also available. ENTERTAINMENT There is also high speed fibre internet (100MBs) and a 49" TV set in the living room and smaller ones in every bedroom – there is over 30 channels and you can connect internet via every tv set (NETFLIX). Not onlu for kids we have also XBOX one with FIFA games :) COOL The apartment is equipped with central air-conditioning system which can cool (or heat) it in few minutes. FOR KIDS As we have three kids our self, we have equipped the apartment wit baby bed, baby chair and lots of baby toys. The common pool is fenced up and comes with a kids section. Guest access The apartment is yours and yours alone. The overall compound is gated. Upon check-in our friendly management company will meet you in person to hand you the keys and familiarize you with the property. Other things to note In this apartment check-in is at 4.00 pm and check-out at 10.00 am but if it is possible we are flexible with this ours – it depends on cleaning service. If you need earlier check-in or later check-out – let me know so we can talk about it. There is gas BBQ on the terrace. We are trying to provide a full gas bottle but if the gas runs out during the guest stay the bottle replacement remains the responsibility of the landlord.
