House @ eraclauhomes__valdaran very nice townhouse located in the village of Betren with capacity for up to 7 people, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two of them en suite). With a covered garage in the same building. This is a very quiet house, with direct views of the Garonne River and the La Tuca mountain. It's ideal for families and/or groups of friends who want to spend a few days in the Valley and are looking for peace and quiet. The space Access to the house is via a street exclusively for residents of the complex. On the ground floor we find the fully equipped dining room and the kitchen with an American bar. This means that all the people on this floor are fully connected to each other. From this floor there are stairs that give access to the First Floor and others that go to the Basement Floor. On the First Floor we find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bathroom is inside the room and the other in the hallway. The rooms have windows overlooking the Garonne River and the La Tuca mountain. From the first floor there are other stairs that give access to the attic of the house in which we find a double room with full bathroom. On the basement floor, we find the washer and dryer, and the access door to the garage. It is located a 5-minute walk from Vielha (capital of La Vall d'Aran) and about 13 km from the Cota 1500 of the Baqueira Beret Ski Resort. Basic Items You Will Find in the Apartment: Towel/Bath Mat for Feet, Hand Soap, Hand Dishwashing Soap and Toilet Paper. Guest access Rental includes Wi-Fi during your stay. You can book a covered parking space in the same house. I will provide you with a Guide with tips on excursions to La Vall, restaurants that we love to eat at and places you should not miss. The house is fully equipped: dishwasher, coffee maker, duvets, pillows, kitchenware, dish soap, scouring pad, cloth, roll of paper towels and roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. The reservation does NOT include bed linen (5 beds of 90x200 and 1 bed of 150x200) and towels. In case you need us to provide them, there will be an extra cost of €20/person and you will need to notify us 48 hours before your arrival. On the day of your arrival you will have to pay the Tourist Tax: €1/person-day (children under 16 are exempt from paying the said tax).
