The house is situated in a small sidestreet, off the main road, so quiet location. The house is about 50 m2, and has all you need for a nice stay in Jakarta. You also get access to a residencial condominion, where you can use a very big tropical garden with 3 swimmingpools (adults / children / babies) (SEE PICTURE), and also to tennisfields and basketballfield. In this condominion there is also a gym with sauna. The house is nearby 3 BIG shoppingmalls (CENTRAL PARK MALL / TAMAN ANGGREK MALL / MAL CIPUTRA), which you can reach within 5 minutes on foot. In one of the shoppingmalls is also an iceskatingrink available. Description of the house : A.C. in the bedroom + ceilingfans in the diningspace and salon. The house has 1 bedroom with doubledecker bed (under : double / upper : single, so 3 can sleep here), livingroom / kitchen, salon, bathroom and 2 toilets. There is also a private terrace in front of the house. The kitchen is equipped with stove, mixer/blender, fridge with little freezer, watercooler(hot/cool), ricecooker. A fourth person or child can also stay extra, if sleeping on the sofa.... possible 5th person also, if using airmatress....(rentprice stays the same) If wanted, we can provide FULL BOARD (3 meals per day) for only 10 $ per day/ pp. The picture of the swimmingpool is a picture of the TROPICAL GARDEN with 3 POOLS you get access to !!!
