We are situated within walking distance to three local beaches with public pools, cafes and restaurants nearby. Rated as the best beach in the Illawarra there's no better way to relax and soak up the sun. EXTRA CLEAN - We always take pride with cleanliness, additional effort is in place with all hard surfaces wiped down before and after every guest. The space A spacious self contained apartment style room on lower level of a two story house, with owners living above. You have your own space with private entry and locked box. Apartment consists of 2 rooms - >Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Double bed with ensuite. >TV and Living area, consisting of a dining area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster with plates, cutlery, glasses, BBQ tools etc. These rooms can be separated with sliding doors. Guest's are welcome to use the back yard with your own BBQ, outdoor sink and furniture located just outside the back door for your convenience. Guest access Guest's are able to access the key from a locked box to enable entry through the WHITE door. During your stay The owner's do live on the property but like to give the guests their own space and privacy. If there is anything that the guests need the owner's are contactable by phone. Other things to note Pets are allowed with an extra fee of $45 per stay which needs to be stated at time of booking, including type of animal. Maximum of 2 pets at any given time. Please bring your pet's own bedding as they are not allowed on furniture. Pets have access to a fully enclosed back yard for them to enjoy. Owners are responsible for pets, wellbeing and cleaning up after their loved ones.
