The space 🍽️ Living areas - The main living space, with an authentic style and highly functional layout, includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a sofa area and a dining area. - It opens onto a large balcony overlooking the channel, ideal for sharing a meal, enjoying an aperitif, or simply soaking up the sun. 🛏️ Bedrooms - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) overlooking the parking area. - One family bedroom with sea views, featuring a double bed (140×190) and bunk beds (90×190). - One sea-view bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (140×190). 🛁 Bathrooms / toilets The apartment offers two separate bathrooms: - One en-suite to the family bedroom, equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. - The second bathroom features a shower and washbasin. - Separate toilets are also available. 👶 Baby equipment A travel cot is available on site. A high chair, stroller (umbrella or full travel system), potty, toilet seat reducer, and baby carrier are available on request for an additional fee. ℹ️ The apartment is located on the third floor of a residence with an elevator. Guest access 🚗 Car access is via Rue du Roi Albert 1er, through a gated entrance operated by a remote control, which you will find on the key set. Three shared parking spaces are available in the building’s courtyard on a first-come, first-served basis. The remaining spaces are private and reserved for other owners. Other things to note 🧺 Bed linen and household linen are not provided. We can offer them for rent to save space in your car 😊. The cost is €20 per double bed and €10 per single bed. Otherwise, please remember to bring your own. 🧹 Cleaning is included in your reservation.
