On street parking is free between 6pm and 9am, between 9am and 6pm this is metered but there are several car parks very close by that charge £4.00 - £5.00 per day. Very quiet large 1st floor flat with secure entry. Shared but seldom used walled back garden, some slabs are slightly uneven due to age so please be careful and use at own risk. Very close to all amenities. The space This is a large first floor flat in the centre of Oban, perfectly situated for all public transport links, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. It is well heated, well lit and double glazed. There is a secure entry system and entrance is well lit all night. There is a walled garden which is a sun trap when the weather is good, this is shared with our other flat but seldom if ever used. The cushions are kept in a dry box/table.
