Forestgrove is a Georgian House built in 1837 in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders . Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea, coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen. The space Forestgrove offers a tranquil base for visitors to beautiful Kelso. We provide tea and coffee making facilities and with the separate living room guests are welcome to make themselves at home. Although there is no kitchen, we provide a toaster, microwave , fridge and kettle. We also provide plates and glasses if you wish to bring food home from the array of take aways within a short walking distance. Guest access Guests will have access to the downstairs floor via the front door which is separated from the owners accommodation. This is comprised of a bedroom with shower, separate toilet and spacious living room. If you need to access the EV charger let us know before you arrive. . We make a charge of 50 p per kWh which must be paid in advance. Other things to note Kelso is great. Salmon fishing ,horse racing,golf, cycling,and fantastic walks.
