Room available in a comfortable, recently renovated house, with central heating. Café, bakery, restaurant, bar and park at your doorstep. Easy walking distance to downtown. This is our home. We hope you feel cozy and like at home here too during your stay. The space 5 mins to a nice bush walk. 5 mins walk to Cuba Street. 10 mins walk to the town centre. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole house and outdoors. Your room is upstairs where you can totally have your privacy. Bathroom is right next to the room. But you're welcome to come downstairs and socialize with us if we are around. During your stay Your bedroom is downstairs (right next to the entrance). There is a shared toilet downstairs and a shared bathroom with shower upstairs. Your room is private and quiet. However, there are other two rooms upstairs which might be rented out at the same time. If that is a concern, please ask about occupancy of the other rooms before I accept your request. Lounge, kitchen and dining area are shared. I am a friendly, easy going person, happy to have a chat and answer any questions you might have, but if you prefer to just be left to do your own thing, I'd respect that too. You are welcome to socialize with us and play some music if you are into it. When not around, I will trust you and leave my house in your good hands.
