Perfect for paddleboarding, swimming and relaxing. Right by the beach. On high tides you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea lapping at the wall of the master bedroom ! Little Valletort, opposite the iconic clock tower on the pedestrian friendly Market Street is a delightful compact ground floor two-bedroom apartment, located right next to Girt Beach (10m from the door and dog friendly). Great welcoming pubs, bakery, deli/coffee shop, ice-cream shop, Spar and carpark all within 50m. The space Location, location, location! Right next to the beach and you can hear and sometimes feel the sea as you fall asleep. Perfect for paddle-boards, kayaks and scuba divers. Heating, electricity and linen are included in the rental. We request guests to please bring 'beach towels', not supplied. The master bed is Kingsize with a tempur mattress, the bunk beds are full size. Little Valletort is available from 4 pm on the first day of your holiday and you will need to leave by 10:00 am on your departure day. Most locals walk their dogs up on the Minnadhu (75m away) , a large grass area above the rocks/the cleave, plenty of dog waste bins ,head east towards Mount Edgcumbe Country Park. Girt and Kingsand Beach are dog friendly and are a mixture of sand and shingle . Cawsand Beach is mainly sand, this beach is dog friendly between 1st October and Easter Day. Whitsand Bay, beautiful sandy beach can be accessed via a number of cliff paths, notably very steep in places ,Freathy Beach is ideal, family and dog friendly. Most local pubs will accept well behaved dogs It is a Non-Smoking property. We do not provide any feeding bowls for dogs, you will need to supply your own. You can unload your car by the Clock Tower opposite Little Valletort, but there is no parking available outside the property unless previously agreed, Little Valletort guests have priority use of the bench overlooking the beach (as upstairs have balconies), there are outdoor cushions to use on the bench in the beach cupboard (please do not use indoor cushions) We ask you to keep the property clean and in good order and you will be responsible for any damages/breakages. The total number in your party must not exceed the capacity of the property as advertised. You may not sub-let the property. We hope you enjoy your stay at Little Valletort
