Come here to relax, recharge, play hard and gather with friends and family. The space For mountain bikers… As you drive up, you will find a wooden bike washing station that includes brushes, soap, bucket, hose and a large platform to wash your bikes after a dirty ride. Once your bikes are clean you can wheel them over to the 10x12 secured shed to protect them from the elements. There is room to store at least 10 bikes. Does your bike need repairs? There is a bike stand in the shed to make it easier to fix it. Lastly, you will find a shoe and glove dryer inside the bathroom to dry off all that sweaty and wet gear. Comfy Beds… We spent extra money to ensure you experience the most comfortable night sleep while staying at our house. The master bedroom has a Beautyrest pillow top king mattress, while the extra bedroom boasts the highest Amazon rated 12" memory foam king mattress. The murphy bed has a highly rated 8" Coolsoft memory foam folding queen mattress, and the air bed is a queen luxury microfiber airbed with built in pump. It is the highest end blow up bed on the market and sits 20" off the ground. For outdoor social events… we created a flat area for corn hole which includes the boards and bags. There is a six foot picnic table to gather around and a large fire pit with beautiful custom made Adirondack chairs. The front porch bench can either seat 3 or pull up the center console to set drinks on. From the master bedroom there is a gorgeous 8x8 deck that overlooks the woods, perfect for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying some quiet time reading a book or listening to the Cicada's and frogs at dusk. For indoor game lovers… You will find a bumper pool table, a poker table, blackjack table and a plethora of classic board games to keep you entertained without having a screen on. Of course, high-speed wireless internet and a 55" Smart TV allow you to stay connected and stream all your favorite shows. For the Foodie… You're greeted to a gorgeous custom kitchen filled with all the utensils to make cooking homemade food a breeze. There are also basic food prep items like mustard, ketchup, Italian dressing, cooking oil, salt/pepper, garlic salt, grilling seasoning, cinnamon, sugar, coffee, etc. We have also included a George Forman electric grill that can be used outside or inside on those rainy days. Laundry… Equipped with a high-end large capacity Samsung front load washer and dryer that includes a steam option. There is also a shoe and glove heater in the bathroom to help dry out your wet gear. For animal lovers…mini pigs are now living in the yard below the house. They are sweet and tend to stay where you can watch them from the living room windows. They like having their head scratched. We feed and check them daily. Guests report that they enjoy the new addition and one is pregnant and due spring 2026. Guest access To access the house, you will drive on a well maintained gravel road for about .4 miles and there is a short steep section of road right before our driveway that is easily accessible with any two wheel drive car. Other things to note Sleeping Arrangements… The master bedroom has a king bed and a nice glass top work station with office chair. It also has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Lastly, the master has direct access to a private outdoor deck. The extra bedroom has a king bed and a comfy chair that has a swivel table so you can use it as a small desk or a comfy place to be on video calls. The murphy bed is located in the dining room area. We have installed large drapes for privacy so you can have privacy from the rest of the house, making it feel like its own bedroom. The luxury queen air mattress can be setup either in the dining or living room. Indoor Seating… There are three bar stools at the kitchen island and a six person dining room table in the dining room. In the living room there is a couch that will seat 3ish, two swivel rocking chairs and three chairs around the bumper pool table/poker table. Pets: Prior approval is required for any pet to stay at the house. Dogs must not be left unattended at the house unless in a crate and not barking. The dog may not be on the furniture at anytime. We have a $50 pet cleaning fee for stays under 7 days and $100 for stays longer. Unfortunately cats are not allowed.
