Private 4 room suite - incl bfast in Heritage home

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The 5 room guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, an office, a verandah and bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas. The space 🔳 ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS (for 2 people). If booking just for one night and a second bed is required an extra $30 cleaning fee will apply. Please let me know when booking if you require 2 beds. The queen and twin bedrooms are nestled upstairs in the attic along with a small private covered verandah. Situated on the ground floor is the guests lounge (which also sleeps two on a comfy innerspring sofa bed) and the guests bathroom. We offer breakfast in the mornings which will be in the dining room downstairs. The kitchenette nook with mini bar fridge, micro wave, crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee is upstairs so you can prepare simple meals, snacks and reheating of food but no stove or saucepans etc. for cooking. Parking is available for one car in the parking bay in front of the house and there is also parking on the road outside. NOTE: Except between the hours of 6am -10am weekdays. Plenty of all day parking also available in the next cross street. You are welcome to use the laundry upon request. Guest access Guests have full dedicated access to 2 bedrooms, a verandah, a private lounge, a full bathroom, the hallway and stairs. Access to the dining room is available in the mornings for breakfast and the laundry and office, available upon request. Other things to note NB: For parents with young children or people who have difficulty navigating stairs. The two bedrooms are up stairs…19 steps in total. If young kids are staying please be advised there are no filler panels below the handrail of the staircase, (see photos) and there is also a high balcony in the twin room upstairs.
