We cater to couples and families looking to relax in a tranquil country setting. The house is an original farm house that has a mix of original features combined with modern amenities. We are in the perfect location to access wineries, cafes, restaurants and National Parks. We are also conveniently located near all the wedding venues in the Wollombi area. You can find us on social media @byora_farm_house The space Byora Farm House is a 1955c farm house that has all the modern features that will provide a relaxing weekend away. The house is set up so that there is not need to go anywhere. We have a fully equiped kitchen (no oven but there is a turbo oven and BBQ). We provide the basics of tea and coffee. Guests can arrange for an additional cost to purchase a breakfast hamper which includes fresh produce from our adjoining farm, including free range eggs, pastured raised bacon, homemade jams and honey. There are a number of places to eat dinner on the weekend but midweek guests will need to bring dinner provisions. There are books provided along with an assortment of games. Mobile phone service is limited but you can get Telstra coverage in the garden. There is no Vodafone coverage. Wifi is provided. Guest access Guests have access to the 15 acre property which is located on the Wollombi Brook. We live 500 metres around the corner and are available if you have any questions. Otherwise you are left to enjoy the property. Other things to note Breakfast hampers are available to purchase. Hampers will include fresh eggs, bacon, jams and honey from our nearby farm.
