Charming room in 16th century Cotswold home

The Old Manor House dates back to the 16th century. The house has retained the charm of the original beams and many other features in keeping with its 16th century character. The room called Beecham is shown as a twin bedded room. The room Beecham can also be a king size bedroom. Please don't hesitate to make a specific request for either a twin or king size room. A full English breakfast is served in the dining room. The space Guests normally arrive around 16:30, this is an ideal time to arrive as I can offer tea,show guests around the property and it gives them a chance to settle in and relax. I like to serve tea in our spacious drawing room which has glorious views of our landscaped garden. Guests are greeted at the private entrance. Tea is served outside in the Summer. The rooms are furnished in traditional designs some being solely Colefax and Fowler. All the rooms are in the main house. The liviing room is exclusively for guests use. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped where guests are welcome to walk around. Picnics are often taken, guests provide their own picnic, I provide plates and glasses! There is free parking. There is a tennis court which guests are welcome to use. There are loads of gastro pubs and excellent restaurants nearby. There is a spacious,elegant ,and private living room for guests sole use. There is a dining room where breakfast is served. Bedroom: Beecham is a twin room or it can be used as a double bedroom. Private bathroom. There is a bath and a shower. The room has a hair dryer. Guests can request for the use of a washer and dryer. There is a fridge for guests use. There is tea and coffee for guests.s During your stay I take great pleasure in welcoming my guests. On the rare occasion that I am not here, I will inform my guests and I will have arranged for somebody to be here. Any questions about the area, what's on etc I will do my utmost to help. One dog only is welcome and there is an additional charge. I have a 2 night policy at weekends and Bank Holidays from Easter until October. Other things to note The Beecham room is listed a twin room, but it can also be made into a double bedroom. Please notify Jane should guests require a king size bedroom. There is a stunning sitting room for guests to enjoy where Jane serves afternoon tea. There is plenty of free parking. There is a large fridge for guests use. Tea and coffee in the rooms. Breakfast is served in the dining room. Any dietary requirements will be catered for.
