Guest access Their bedroom, their own bathroom, the kitchen, the lounge room, the tv and an alfresco bbcue balcony with comfortable seating plus a day bed. Secure undercover parking for 1 car. There is also a 2nd balcony garden (with water feature) for reading or coffee or just sitting on the swing seat enjoying the garden and surrounding area. During your stay Happy for a conversation or if my guests want privacy that's not a problem either. Other things to note I'm happy to share my knowledge of the area. I've compiled a folder with things to do which is to be found in the top drawer of the bedside table. I also have tea and coffee facilities set aside in the kitchen for guests.
