A lovingly renovated, historic building in idyllic surroundings is available for a relaxing vacation. The house is located in a small village surrounded by beautiful nature. The living spaces combine wonderful elements of the 400-year-old listed building with modern influences, which provides a very special charm and a lot of coziness. The space The property is located in the middle part of a former farmhouse in the beautiful Tösstal valley, about 20 minutes from Winterthur. It has a separate entrance and a beautiful patio overlooking fields, forests and, in good weather, also of the mountains. The house offers plenty of space for the guests and, according to the number of guests, the bedrooms and bathrooms are provided. On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining and living area as well as a bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and a bedroom. Upstairs there are another two bedrooms and additional sleeping options in the mezzanine area. The bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub. From the living / dining leads directly into the garden area with private seating. The kitchen is equipped with the most important cooking utensils, dishes and basic ingredients, and a coffee machine is also available. There are also plenty of towels, sheets and the most important hygiene items available. The idyllic village is ideal for exploring on foot or by bike. In the immediate vicinity is a typical Swiss rustic restaurant. Guest access The entire house section is available to the guests. The rooms are provided depending on the number of guests. On the ground floor there is a room with a 1.40x2.00 m bed, on the upper floor a room with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another with two single beds (0.90x2.00 m). In the gallery area there is also a daybed, which can accommodate either 1 or 2 guests. The two sofas in the living area can also be converted into a sleeping area and each can accommodate one to two people.
