This well-appointed country house is ideally located to explore the south west of England. The closest town is the market town of Chipping Sodbury, whilst the cities of Bath and Bristol are each within 10 miles. This tastefully decorated Grade II listed historic house dates from the 15th Century has a wealth of original features and luxurious ‘home from home’ touches. The space The House is set up to comfortably accomodate 14 - 16 people in its 7 generous bedrooms. We provide luxury towels and bedding throughout, as well as our own superb, all-natural skincare in every room. The house is fully WiFi enabled and we can provide two travel cots, high chairs and two stair gates for our younger guests. We are a pet friendly holiday let and we are happy for well-behaved dogs to stay at our discretion, please contact us for more information. Additional cleaning fees may be incurred. Other things to note Dean & Chapter House is located within the Dean & Chapter Farm development in the hamlet of Codrington and is adjacent to Dean & Chapter Barn, an occupied residential property with which it shares driveway access. Please note that the main driveway is also shared with other neighbouring buildings and is in use daily. Appropriate care should be taken to ensure the safety of children and dogs.
