You are welcome in the farmhouse where I live, just 15 minutes from Lake Maggiore and 25 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport. The house is on 2 floors with a courtyard and balcony, your room overlooks the trees of the garden and the cultivated fields. Relax and enjoy the surrounding nature! On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen and a relaxation or work room (table + fast WiFi) with a wood-burning stove. On the first floor, your bedroom, balcony and bathroom. My room is also on the first floor. The space You will be staying in a traditional farmhouse: a simple space in touch with country life. Cultivated fields around the house, a courtyard in front and the shaded space of the pergola. A forest borders the property to the north, making the place intimate despite being in a residential area. You will be my guests in all respects: you will stay in the house where I normally live. The room where you will sleep is on the first floor: from the balcony you have a pleasant view of the trees and greenery that surrounds the house. A nest for solo travelers, tourists discovering Piedmont and Northern Italy, couples, friends. In the room: double bed, kettle for making hot drinks, wardrobe, books and extra pillows. The bathroom (with a tub and shower) is right next to your room, as well as access to the balcony. It's shared with me. The kitchen with fireplace is at your disposal with everything you need to prepare meals: gas stoves, worktop, utensils, table, fridge, kettle, blender, toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large relaxation or work room: you will find a table next to the window, a fast wifi connection, sofa and wood stove. Guest access You 🌳🌿🐞 can access the garden, the courtyard with the pergola, walk to the woods or take a look at the vegetables in our garden (it is not possible to enter the greenhouses around the house). You 🪜will have access to your room through the living room and the internal staircase. During your stay I 👋will be present during your stay and available to give you information and recommendations about the area. In my absence, I will still be available to communicate with you via text messages! You can also count on my brother Jonathan (who lives next door), who will also be ready to help if you have any questions or needs. Other things to note 👣 You are invited to leave your SHOES on the ground floor, before going up to the first floor (sleeping area). SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED🚭 in the house (you can use the balcony or courtyard). 🔄 I kindly ask you to contribute to SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION: in the kitchen, you will find 6 containers where you can throw away paper, plastic, food residues, non-recyclable waste, glass and aluminum. 💡Before leaving the house, remember to turn off the LIGHTS! We 🎧🗣 will share the spaces of the house and I ask you for common sense for mutual respect and silence at night and early in the morning. 🔥 In the kitchen, there is a working wood-burning fireplace. During the winter months you can use it, being careful to turn it off before going to sleep or leaving the house. During combustion, the kitchen window must be slightly opened to prevent smoke from escaping the fireplace. There is a working wood stove🔥 in the living room. 🙏Thanks for doing your part!
