The Ecolodge is a PRIVATE house, but it is inside a condominium of houses, although each house has a lot of PRIVACY, only the entrance to the condominium is in common. The houses are far apart from each other. Our beautiful 2-story house in Alto Paraíso is located just a 6-minute drive from the main avenue and 8 minutes to the Loquinhas Waterfall, located in a valley in the plateau (rural area). With 1 mezzanine, a queen size mattress, ONE glass bathroom, full kitchen and VEGETARIAN. A refuge for those seeking to be in contact with nature. Sleeps up to 4 people (see prices). • Lower floor plan: the lower floor plan of this eco-friendly home has an open-concept kitchen in a single room with the living room, the bathroom is 3 steps down and a double sofa bed. • Upper floor, it has a mezzanine with a QUEEN bed and a wonderful view, and access is via a wooden staircase. =>The neighborhood has a team that handles pruning, gardening and everything necessary for the agroforestry planting in the condominium to succeed. We are just a 6-minute drive from the main avenue of Alto Paraíso and access is via a dirt road. *The house is completely PRIVATE with access to a garden, a fireplace, a bathroom with hot water, a mezzanine with a queen-size bed, a dining table, and a full kitchen. *we are located within a condominium of houses and there is a common area with a swimming pool, check the rules of this common space. Other things to note CHECK-IN TIME is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. We recommend arriving before dark. CHECK-OUT time is by 11 a.m. COMMON AREA CONDOMINIUM There is a common space with a swimming pool that guests can use, taking into account the rules of the space. The pool is natural and its operation may depend on the season. ** RAINY SEASON: The pool water may become dark after a rain due to the absence of chemicals and chlorine. It looks different because it is treated naturally. During the rainy season, roads in the Chapada region may present more challenging conditions, especially for low-suspension passenger vehicles. Therefore, we recommend that you come with a high or sporty car, such as SUVs or similar, to ensure more comfort and safety on the way to the house. PETS ACCOMMODATION (EXTRA FEE) For Reservations that have PETS, there is an EXTRA FEE for the entire period in the amount of R$ 200.00. (please check if it is possible to bring your Pet): -Don't leave the pet alone in the house. The dog cries and scratches the doors when left without its owner. -Bring the pet's bed -Don't leave the animal loose outside (it can run away) -Don't let the animal get on the couch or bed. GARBAGE GENERATED DURING THE STAY -We ask guests to take all the garbage generated during the stay and also to recycle.
