The recently converted Buttermilk cottage has a lounge / dining room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a children's room with two single beds, a master bedroom with king size bed and hotel style bathroom. The garden is fully enclosed with a brick BBQ and features a wood fired hot tub available for £50 per stay. We accept up to 2 dogs up to the size of a small Labrador. Please note that we recommend that the children's room is only suitable for children over five years old as the staircase is steep (but has child safety gates). Explore our 7 acres of woods and meadows or 200 acres of National Trust and Forestry Commission right next door. We interact just as much as our guests want us to. We can leave guests to it or be leading activities and advising great spots to visit. Devon and the North Cornwall has loads to offer. It's one of the last unspoiled areas of England with high hedges and real community. We have mountains and surfing beaches within half an hour drive. RHS Rosemoor is just up the road and superb kids days out can be had at the Big Sheep and Milky Way. Unfortunately the only realistic way to get to us is by car. We accept two small dogs (up to the size of a small Labrador) in the cottage. We charge £25 per dog per stay. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note that we don't accept all male groups. The hot tub is charged at £50 per stay. After initial heating logs are charged at £8 per dustbin.
