Located in the heart of downtown Gladstone, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, this Coffee Shop upper level offers the perfect spot to explore the activities of the surrounding area. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the grocery store, gas station, gym and shopping. Gladstone's beautiful Van Cleve Park and beach are just 0.7 miles away! Gladstone sits on Little Bay De Noc which is a world-class walleye fishery and a year-round destination for anglers. The space The Loft is the Upper floor of a Coffee House opening this June. The hours of the coffee house are Tuesday- Saturday 7am-3pm. The bedroom offers a queen size bed, chair, desk, smart TV, and bench with plenty of floor space for a portable crib, and plenty of USB charging ports. The living room has two sofas that lay flat into either two single beds (they are slightly smaller than a standard twin mattress) or they can be pushed together for a queen sized bed. The kitchen offers a full sized oven + stove, mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, pots/pans, Instant pot and all the essentials. Bathroom has a standup shower with basic toiletries. There is plenty of space on the property to park a boat and/or trailer if you are visiting with the intention to use any of (the many) outdoor attractions in the area. Guest access Two smart locks are used to gain access to the loft. Other things to note Access to the loft requires guests to climb a steep, narrow staircase. The loft is the second story of a house where the main level is a coffee shop/bakery with business hours of Tuesday-Friday 7am-2pm and Saturday 8am-2pm.
