This is a 684 sq ft (64 sqm) fully furnished apartment that offers the best unobstructed view of Eastwood City. There are more than a dozens of bars, pubs, night clubs, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores that are close to the residence. Ayala Feliz and SM Malls are a stone throw away. This is a 2 bedroom apartment that can strictly accommodate maximum of 7 - 8 adults. CHECK-IN: 3PM onwards CHECK-OUT: On or before 12PM Amenities: Pools (2 for adults and 1 kiddie pool) - There is a fee for swimming pool use for guest (Php225/day/guest from 6:00am to 9:00pm only). These are fees charged by the management and does not go to Airbnb. Maximum 5 guest can use the pool at a time. Pools are not available on Mondays due to maintenance. Saturday and Sundays are exclusive for residents. Basketball Court : Free from 7:00am to 6:00pm Badminton Court: Free from 7:00am to 9:00pm Gym: Free from 6:00am to 9:00pm Clubhouse and meeting halls - Booking required and fees applies Before using any of the amenities, please stop by Mirea admin for registration. Parking - Parking space is NOT INCLUDED but if you wish to bring your car, we will help you get a space. Parking Details: Standard Rate (6am to 10pm) 1st three hours: Php 30.00 Succeeding hours: Php 10.00 Overnight Rate (10pm - 5:59am) = Php 150.00 Please stop by Mirea admin for parking payment. Illegal parking will be fined Php 5,000.00 for the 1st 24hrs and Php2,000 for the next 24hrs. For reservations of more than 7 days, the apartment will be cleaned once a week and sheets and towels changed. Cleaning fee - if your stay is < 5 days - $10 (less than 5 days) > 5 days < 14 - $20 (less than 2 weeks) > 14 - $30 (more than 2 weeks) SUBMISSION OF IDs. We require ALL GUESTS to email their IDs for stay permit processing purposes. In addition Covid vaccine cards are also required following IATF guidelines THIS IS A PRIVATE HOME. IT'S NOT A HOTEL. We expect guests to care for it, like it's their own. Unit front door should always be locked. Turn off AC, if you plan to leave the apartment for a walk or a for movie or two. We have Wifi and Netflix. We do not encourage guests to accept visitors during your stay. Unregistered guests will not be allowed to enter the residence. This is for security reasons and privacy for other residents of Mirea. Other things to note 1. Please take time to read the house rules and agree with them before confirming your stay. 2. Browse photos and photo description to learn more about the space and its location. 3. Please be transparent with your headcount to avoid trouble checking in. We prepare the space based on the declared number of guests and we need honest guests to help us run this accommodation. 4. Do not cook or fry any dried fish or squid. These creates a massive odour problem inside the house and other residents. You will be charged extra for cleaning services. Minimum $100.0 5. NO smoking inside the unit. You will be charged you extra if the smell of cigarettes is detected in the unit plus cleaning services. Minimum $200.0 6. NO parties/events or anything like that.
